Structure : Stoplik Style 100 consists of PTFE, Graphite and high temperature lubricant combined to form a unique fibre to replace asbestos in braided pumps and valve packing.
Physical Property : Non-Abrasive withstands high shaft speed, black in colour and does not harden. The PTFE in SMART fibre packing is one of the most chemically resistant substance similar to Graphite. The high temperature lubricant is also very inactive & primarily aids in the initial break-in period, therefore packing can be used in most harsh chemical environments.

STOPLIK STYLE 200
(SMART PTFE Packing)

Structure : Stoplik Style 200 is impregnated with PTFE dispersion. Physical Proper ty: Pure white in colour, non-abrasive, designed for low/medium shaft speed. Densely square braid construction.
Application : Recommended for all severe chemical & corrosive environment where inert packing materials is essential. It is compatible with all fluids except for molten alkali metals, can be used for braided valve & pump packing.

STOPLIK STYLE 300
(100% Aramid Fibre Packing)

Structure : Stoplik Style 300 is 100% non asbestos Aramid fibre, a synthetic fibre with characteristics of asbestos. Each strand is individually treated with PTFE coating and light inert oil.
Physical Property : Yellow in colour, densely square braided construction.
Application : Recommended for general services, caustics, mild acids, chemicals, air, oil, gases, solvents, general chemical plant
applications and high pressure application.

STOPLIK STYLE 500
(SMART PTFE With Aramid Corners)

Structure : Stoplik Style 500 is Aramid fibre yarn packing with expanded PTFE fibre.
Physical Property : Combination of pure white SMART fibre and polyamide Aramid yellow fiber. The corner tracts are made from Aramid fibre to reduce extrusion and increase strength.
Application : Recommended for caustics, mild acids, difficult chemicals, air, gases, solvents, oil, general applications & ammonia carbarnate services can be used in food applications

Structure : Stoplik Style 600 is Aramid fibre yarn packing with expanded PTFE Graphite fibre.
Physical Property : Combination of black SMART fibre with distinctive polyamide Aramid yellow fibre. This construction provides the strength of Aramid fibre along with heat dissipating and lubricating qualities of the SMART fibre.
Application : Recommended for all acids, alkalies, paper mill applications, caustic soda, organic and inorganic solvents, salts, slurries or any service where strength and good lubricated qualities are required.
