(Expanded Graphite Braided Gland Packing)

Structure : Stoplik Style 9001B is pure expanded Graphite braided gland packing to serve high temperature application.
Physical Property : Braided Graphite packing made from exfoliated Graphite yarn to serve extreme temperature of 600°C. It has low
co-efficient of friction, excellent thermal conductivity and operates on less gland load.
Application : Recommended for pumps and valve stuffing boxes which handle water, steam, oil, alkalies containing non-abrasive particles, hot air.

STOPLIK STYLE 9001C
(Expanded Graphite Braided Gland Packing With Wire Reinforced)

Structure : Stoplik Style 9001C is pure expanded Graphite braided packing reinforced with wire to serve high pressure high temperature application.
Physical Property : Braided Graphite packing made from exfoliated Graphite yarn having corrosion inhabitor property and a proprietary lubricant, reinforced with stainless steel / Inconel wire to serve extreme high temperature and high pressure for static application. It has low co-efficient of friction and excellent thermal conductivity. Application: Recommended for valve stuffing boxes that handle super heated steam.

IN-SITU MOLD HT - STOPLIK STYLE 77 HT

Structure : Composed of 100% lubricating carbon fibre, exfoliated Graphite, high temperature and high pressure lubricants / proprietary synthetic binders.
Application : Recommended where shaft is scored and equipment is working at high temperature and high pressure. The inherent draw back associated with using pure carbon fibre of flexible tape/rings requiring stem/shaft finish of minimum 32 RMS is successfully overcome by using In-Situ Mold even on pitted valve stem or spindle. Best suitable with Stoplik Style 9001B and 9001C.

STOPLIK STYLE 82
(High Temperature Non Asbestos Gray Packing Rope)

Structure : Stoplik Style 82 is non-asbestos packing contains synthetic fibers exfoliated Graphite and corrosion inhibitor.
Physical Property: Consists of Graphite core over which synthetic fibers are closely braided. It has sufficient compressibility and thermal insulating properties.
Application : Recommended for economical & ideal replacement of Graphite asbestos for stationary applications like lid of various equipments including boiler / furnace door / dampers / hot air gate etc
